Preparing the Manuscript

Title Page

The title page of the manuscript should feature a concise yet descriptive title (not exceeding 15 words). It must list all authors along with their highest academic qualifications and institutional affiliations (specifically, the address of the university where the research was carried out). Details for the corresponding author should be included, providing their full name, complete address, telephone and fax numbers, and email address. Additionally, include the word count, number of tables and figures, sources of financial support, disclaimers, and a conflict of interest statement.

Abstract

Structured abstracts are required for original research articles, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and case reports. The abstract should set the study's context or background, state the study's purpose, summarize the basic procedures, present the main findings, and draw the principal conclusions. It should emphasize novel and significant aspects of the study or observations and mention any significant limitations. Authors must ensure that the abstract accurately reflects the manuscript's content and does not duplicate other sections such as the introduction. Clinical trials registration numbers should be provided at the end of the abstract if applicable.

Keywords

Select three to six keywords that succinctly represent the core topics of the research and are directly relevant to the manuscript.

Abbreviations

List all abbreviations used in the manuscript here.

Introduction

The introduction should set the study's context or background, clearly stating the research objectives, hypotheses, or the observations under investigation. It should include citations from recent references and avoid irrelevant or overly detailed information.

Methods

This section should provide a detailed description of the study design, protocols, techniques, and instruments used. It should rationalize the chosen experimental approaches and explain the reasoning behind them. The section should detail all experimental procedures as outlined in the study protocol prior to starting the experiments. All results gathered during the study should be reported in the Results section. Standard protocols must be properly cited.

Results

Results should be presented in a logical sequence, prioritizing the most significant findings. It is recommended to use tables and figures to enhance data accessibility. Primary and secondary outcomes identified in the Methods section should be reported in detail. Avoid repeating data in the text that is already presented in tables or figures.

Discussion

The Discussion section should clearly link the main findings to the study's purpose. It should aim to interpret the data and generate conclusions from the experimental study. For experimental studies, begin with a brief summary of the main findings, explore possible mechanisms or explanations for these findings, compare and contrast with other relevant studies, discuss the study's limitations, and suggest implications for future research and clinical practice.

Acknowledgements

This section should acknowledge all sources of financial and moral support, including grants, funding agencies, partners, and collaborations.

References

References should be clearly categorized and include all necessary details such as authors' names, title of the work, name of the journal or publisher, year of publication, volume number, edition, and page numbers. They should be numbered in the order they are first cited in the text. Follow the APA Citation Guide standards for formatting references.

Examples

Derwing, T. M., Rossiter, M. J., & Munro, M. J. (2002). Teaching native speakers to listen to foreign- accented speech. *Journal of Multilingual and Multicultural Development, 23*(4), 245-259.

Tables/Figures

Tables should be included at the end of the document, following the References section. Each table should have a short descriptive title, be numbered with Arabic numerals, and be cited in the text. Explanations for symbols and abbreviations should be provided in footnotes beneath the table. Figures should also be placed at the end of the document, after the tables. Each figure should have a suitable title and brief explanation in the legend, be numbered with Arabic numerals, and be cited in the text. Ensure that figures are of high quality.
