Abstract

Work on the restoration of damaged organs in an artificially created environment of "habitat" can help solve both the problems of Transplantology itself and the methods of their treatment. And purely technically, such research is possible without any violations of ETHICS - it is just necessary to expand the list of donor organs, not limiting ourselves to healthy ones. But at the same time, it is necessary to improve the control of the immune system, since in an artificial environment of "habitat" it, if it manifests itself locally, is not necessarily similar to the reaction of the organism as a whole.
